You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. We sell to addresses in the United States only.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you place the order. We may decline or cancel any order, including after you have paid, in which case we refund you in full. Reasons include suspected fraud, a pricing error, an address we cannot ship to, or stock we cannot supply.
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable and shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Our products are consumer electronic devices. They are not a medical treatment and they do not cure, reverse or prevent any condition. We do not provide diagnosis, examination, fitting or clinical advice of any kind, and nothing on this site should be taken as such.
See a licensed professional before using any device of this kind if you have pain or discomfort in or around the ear, fluid or discharge from the ear, a sudden change affecting one or both ears, a noticeable difference between your two ears, ringing in only one ear, dizziness, or any history of ear surgery or injury.
Results differ from person to person. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome for you. If a product is not right for you, that is what the 100-day return period is for.
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 100 days from delivery, full refund, prepaid return label, no restocking fee.
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery, as set out in the Refund Policy. Beyond that warranty and your statutory rights, products are supplied as is.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address. Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not resell our products as new without our written agreement.
